WARRANTY & RETURNS

We stand by the quality of our mattresses and bed frames and guarantee that your mattresses are made with high-quality materials that are built to last. We warrant all Ambassador Bed mattresses to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for periods of 5 to 20 years. If you are not completely happy with your Ambassador Bed mattress, we assure you that we will deal with it according to the terms and conditions specified for your mattress.

FULL
WARRANTY

At Full Warranty, mattress and/or the foundation will be repaired without charge for any labor, materials, inspection and transportation. The mattress may be replaced without any charge as well depending on the results of the manufacturer's inspection.

COVERED BY FULL WARRANTY

  • Proven damage/defect reported immediately upon receipt of the item

  • Broken or loose coils or wires

  • Protruding coils or wire through the fabric

  • Sagging by 1 1/2″ in height

  • Splitting of wood frame, leg failure and loose or broken wire for foundation

NOT COVERED BY FULL WARRANTY

  • Soiled, stained, torn or burned cover

  • Bent border wires as a result of folding / bending

  • Damage or defect resulting from fortuitous events, abuse, negligence or mishandling of the sleep set

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Bedding sold “As Is”

  • Comfort Preference

  • Freight and shipping

LIMITED
WARRANTY

At Limited Warranty, defective items resulting from any defect beyond the full warranty period maybe repaired or replaced if required with labor, materials, inspection and transportation at the expense of the client. If identical materials are not available at the time of repair, the manufacturer reserves the right to substitute materials of comparable quality.

The warranty of the new mattress and foundation you have purchased is not an indicator of how long the product should be used before replacement. A warranty ensures the product quality and gives the customer the right to undertake repairs or even replace faulty products as per terms of the contract if any issues arise. Warranties protect customers from product defects, not the gradual loss of comfort and support.

We advise that you follow the mattress care instructions outlined in your mattress to ensure long lasting comfort and durability.

HOW TO OBTAIN SERVICE UNDER WARRANTY

To obtain a service covered by the warranty of your product, please prepare a Proof of Purchase (with date and place of purchase). You may contact or visit the dealer from which the mattress or set was purchased, or email us at customercare@philippinebed.com and we will get back to you shortly with our warranty form.
